Modern slavery statement

Our commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

Last updated 8 October 2026This document is under legal review.

Svayam Incarnation Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, makes software, including the Krodium browser, Viremail and Bagpipper. We are below the turnover threshold at which the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement, and we publish this one voluntarily because we believe every business should take the issue seriously.

Our business and supply chain

Our work is done by a small team. Our suppliers are mainly providers of cloud hosting, network and storage services, software, and professional services such as accounting and legal advice. We do not make physical goods.

Our commitments

  • We pay everyone who works for us at least the legal minimum, and we do not use unpaid or forced labour of any kind.
  • We check the right to work of everyone we employ, and we never hold anyone's identity documents.
  • We choose established suppliers, and we expect them to meet the same standards and to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 where it applies to them.
  • Anyone who works with us can raise a concern without fear of reprisal.

Raising a concern

If you have a concern about slavery or human trafficking connected with our business, email [email protected]. In an emergency in the UK, call 999. You can also call the Modern Slavery and Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700.

This statement is reviewed every year and approved by the directors of Svayam Incarnation Limited.
