Every new listing, and every new version of a listing, is reviewed before it appears in the Store.
If a submission is rejected, we show you the reasons in the developer console. Fix the points raised, then submit again.
Before you submit, check that your icon is a 512 by 512 PNG, your screenshots are in place, and the permissions your extension asks for are only ones it needs.
