Troubleshoot Mode

Start with extensions and custom settings temporarily off.

Troubleshoot Mode starts Krodium with your extensions and custom settings temporarily off. Nothing is deleted.

  1. Open the Help menu and choose Troubleshoot Mode.
  2. Confirm to restart in Troubleshoot Mode.
  3. Try to repeat the problem.

If the problem is gone, an extension or a setting was the cause. Restart Krodium normally, then turn extensions back on one at a time. If the problem is still there, see Refresh Krodium (krodium.com/help/refresh-krodium).
