Krodium will not open
Follow First open on macOS (krodium.com/help/first-open-on-macos). If you see a message about an unsupported architecture, your Mac has an Intel processor, which Krodium does not support yet.
A site looks broken
Turn Kraken off and reload the page. You can also switch protection off for that site from the padlock. See A site is broken with Kraken on (krodium.com/help/site-broken-with-kraken).
Krodium feels slow
Close tabs you are not using. Turn off your extensions one at a time to find the cause, then restart Krodium.
Video or music will not play

Start fresh
See Refresh Krodium (krodium.com/help/refresh-krodium) and Troubleshoot Mode (krodium.com/help/troubleshoot-mode).
Still stuck
Write to [email protected] with your Krodium version, which you can find in the Krodium menu under About Krodium, and what you were doing.
